工作职责:
Provide administrative, coordination, and logistical support to ensure smooth daily operation of the Service Team (e.g., field engineers, technical support, after-sales service).
📋 Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
Handle service reports, quotation requests, and maintenance contracts
Prepare and manage service documents (e.g., work orders, customer PO, invoices)
Manage filing system for service records and customer databases
Process reimbursements and service-related expense reports
2. Scheduling & Coordination
Arrange engineers’ schedules and assign service calls
Coordinate with customers for on-site visits or installation schedules
Track service progress and update internal systems
3. Communication
Act as liaison between service engineers, sales, and management
Respond to customer inquiries and relay technical issues to the service manager
Support internal communication with HQ regarding warranty or spare parts
4. Inventory & Logistics
Monitor spare part stock, tools, and calibration equipment
Handle import/export or shipment requests for service materials
Manage return or replacement procedures
5. Reporting & Analysis
Compile monthly service performance reports
Track KPI metrics such as response time, completion rate, and customer satisfaction
任职资格:
Strong Excel and ERP system knowledge
Basic understanding of technical service workflows
Bilingual communication (often English + local language or Chinese if related to HQ)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities
