Job Description
This role supports warehouse operations and overall functions at Bodor Laser Turkey, combining warehouse management, technical consulting, and CRM responsibilities. It involves providing technical consulting and on-site after-sales service to customers while managing warehouse operations and tracking inventory. Additionally, the role encompasses handling customer relationship management (CRM) tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with clients.
Responsibilities:
Service Acceptance: Manage user visits, address and record local service requests and complaints, collaborate with the service manager for service coordination, and assist with key customer service needs.
Service Online Consultation: Conduct online surveys and telephone interviews to assess machine and service satisfaction according to China headquarters' requirements. Report relevant data and analysis results, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
Spare Parts Management: Oversee customs procedures upon arrival, manage spare parts inventory, storage, and delivery. Handle processing of old parts (including disposal, recycling, and mailing), analyze spare parts data, and ensure alignment with the China headquarters’ inventory requirements.
Daily Management: Assist the service manager with procurement of office supplies and service center-related items. Coordinate with water, electricity, property, and logistics for operational compliance. Maintain effective 5S management on-site.
Additional Duties: Perform other tasks assigned by the service manager.

Qualifications
Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: Prior experience in after-sales internal affairs or related fields is preferred.
Skills: Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Technical writing skills are a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Languages: English and/or Chinese. Turkish language skills are advantageous.
Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license. Ability to travel locally and domestically as needed. Local residency or work permit required. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
