工作职责:

Study the market of the given area and provide feedback to management for sales reporting purposes.
• Seek new business in the given area. Build and foster customer relationships.
• Responsible for successfully managing sales efforts by pursuing, generating, qualifying, and closing sales.
• Develop strategic and tactical plans to accomplish annual sales targets.
• Provide essential technical support in managing any customer support issues.
• Facilitate and provide support to the Marketing and Sales team in organizing trade shows, conferences as well as other marketing events to promote business.
• Promote the sale of Company products. Support customers who are purchasing or about to make a purchase.
• Collaborate with supervisors and engineers from the parent company to assess equipment needs.
• Respond to proposals for specific customer requirements by researching, developing and presenting solutions.
• Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers.
• Partner with the engineering staff for demonstrations events.
• Proactively visit customer facilities to resolve difficult engineering issues and challenges.
• Report the work-related issues to the supervisor as required in a timely fashion.
• Other duties as assigned.


任职资格:

Basic Qualifications:
• A quick learner with hands-on experience in technical sales of CNC Machines.
• High school or equivalent with 3-5 years’ experience in selling laser cutting machines, bending machines, and CNC punches.
• Proven record of success as an outside sales experience.
• Recent experience in machine tool environments.
• Experience of B2B relevant sales/business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
• Strong listening skills to understand customer’s values and dominant needs.
• Computer skills related to the creation of reports, presentations, and managing CRM.
• Proficient at working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
• Ability to travel as required (local and domestic).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• 5-7 years’ experience in selling fiber laser cutting machines.
• Prior working experience in a cross-cultural environment.
