
工作职责:
• Spare parts management (60%): responsible for spare parts inventory management,
including receiving and shipping, old parts disposing (scrapping, recycling, and mailing),
data analyzing and reporting, inventory counting, etc.
• Service coordination (20%): respond to and record customers’ inquiries through phone
calls and emails. Record service requests and assist the service manager in dispatching
service engineers.
• Customer satisfaction investigation (15%): investigate customers’ satisfaction with our
products and services through regular and/or special questionnaires, surveys and interviews.
Report relevant data and analysis results to China headquarters regularly.
• Other (5%): other duties assigned by the service manager.
任职资格:
• Both Chinese Mandarin & English can be used as working languages.
• Good data integration and analysis skills, proficient in Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Dependable and have a strong attention to details.
• 2 + years of experience in warehouse management / spare parts management / logistics
management / customer service is preferred.
• Associate’s degree or above from an accredited university.
